What is Warranty?

A product that is received in satisfactory condition, but within a stipulated period of time requires repair may be covered under the Vendor’s Guarantee, with a promise to repair or replace the whole or parts thereof.

Does UT Sports offer Warranty?

Warranty offered by the Vendors is mentioned on the Product Page under Product Description. Please look for the following logo / sign which will indicate that the product is covered under warranty.

Covered under One Year Warranty

For such products, a warranty card will be enclosed with the packaging. Claims, if any, can be presented at the Vendor’s Service Centres. If not mentioned, UT Sports offers no warranty. However, you can be assured that all products are checked thoroughly by UT Sports before shipping.

DELIVERY PRACTICES
Reception of the Products
• For Cash on Delivery, sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal is opened.

• Please keep in mind that the item’s condition has to confirm to our Returns Policy given on our website.
